In this third weekend of Shambhala Training, we work in a deliberate way to bring the mindfulness and awareness of meditation practice into everyday life. Shambhala Training Weekend III, Warrior in the World, shows us how to step outside of our habitual patterns, alive to our sense perceptions, and venture into the world with a vulnerability that is fearless, gentle, and awake. We can develop an unshakeable confidence that permeates all aspects of our lives.

“Warriorship is a continual journey. To be a warrior is to learn to be genuine in every moment of your life.” — Chögyam Trungpa, Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior.

The weekend program includes meditation training and practice, talks by senior instructors, personal interviews and group discussions.

Prerequisite: This program is open to those who have completed Shambhala Training Level II.

The cost for the full weekend program is $150; Patron Price is $200 which helps cover the cost for those who are not able to pay full price.

All are welcome regardless of ability to pay. Please refer to our generosity policy here.  Contact Carlos Gonzalez, Sonoma Practice & Education Coordinator, [email protected] at least five days before that date to request a fee reduction.

Member Repeater Special: Members who would like to repeat Level III are invited to attend free of charge. We ask that you pre-register and consider making a donation of an amount that works for your monetary circumstance.
